Noelia is an executive with a proven track record of success in developing profitable business from scratch in international markets and with a reputation for achieving results while minimizing operational costs.She is an expert in mobile telecommunications and social networking industries with over 11+ years experience, coupled with deep knowledge of the value chain and direct experience with multiple business models in more than a dozen international markets.

In 2009 Noelia formed her own consultancy and has served in a number of high profile positions including VP of Marketing and Business Development for WebOS in EMEA at Hewlett Packard's Palm subsidiary.

From 2008 to 2009 Noelia held the position of VP Mobile at Hi% Networks in San Francisco USA, the third largest social network worldwide. Norelia lead the mobile team and was responsible for the overall mobile strategy, from product design to mobile strategic partnerships.

From 2002 to 2008 Noelia spent nearly 6 years with Buongiorno, known in the worldwide mobile commerce ecosystem for developing and managing paid apps and services that help consumers get greater enjoyment from mobile devices. In 10 years, Buongiorno has grown to become global leader at the heart of the mobile internet revolution. Noelia held a number of senior posts with Buongiorno in Spain, Italy, UK and the USA and eventually rose to the position of Managing Director and COO Buongiorno USA.

Noelia has also held positions in MyAlert in Spain and iPIN Transaction Services, San Francisco.

Noelia holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, California where she was a Fullbright scholar.
